    Our Students at the 16th International “Peace Bread” Festival

    Our students from International Maarif Schools of Kosova proudly took part in the 16th International “Peace Bread” Festival. The festival was organized in cooperation with Esenler Municipality, the Turkish Maarif Foundation, and TİKA.From April 18 to 24, our students joined children from 12 different countries in a program full of culture, friendship, and shared values. They explored the historical and cultural beauty of Istanbul by visiting places such as Sultanahmet, Suleymaniye Mosque, Gulhane Park, Taksim Square, and Galata Tower, and also enjoyed a Bosphorus tour.During the festival, students prepared the “Peace Bread” using flour and water brought from their home countries, sharing a meaningful message of unity and peace. They also sent a “Peace Letter” to world leaders.Students took part in creative workshops, explored traditional handicrafts, and painted the “Wall of Peace” with their national flags, showing diversity and friendship. They also visited Vialand Theme Park, where they had fun and created unforgettable memories. This experience helped our students discover Istanbul, build international friendships, and strengthen the spirit of global peace.
