The ceremony was attended by H.E. Mr. Sabri Tunç Angılı, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye in Prishtina, Mr. Fikrim Damka - Minister of Regional Development of the Republic of Kosovo, Colonel Mr. Zafer Sağlam - Head of the Kosovo Turkish Representation Delegation, Mr. Rasim Hasani - Director of Education at Municipality of Lipjan, Mr. Veysel Erdel - Education Counselor at the Türkiye Embassy in Prishtina, Ziyaeddin Kaygusuz - Interior Counselor at the Türkiye Embassy in Pristina, and Bünyamin Albayrak - Religious Affairs Counselor at the Türkiye Embassy in Prishtina. The event also saw the participation of representatives from public and private institutions, Turkish institutions in Kosovo, businesspeople, media representatives, parents, administrators, teachers, and students.

During the ceremony, International Maarif Schools Of Kosova students who made history by winning 19 medals and achieving 1st place in the Science category at the prestigious STEM Olympiad Grand Final in The Hague, Netherlands, were awarded certificates and gifts. Following this, appreciation certificates were presented to the teachers who supported the competition, and plaques were given to sponsors / members of the Kosovo - Turkey Chamber of Commerce (KTCC) in recognition of their valuable contributions. The program concluded with a musical performance prepared by the students. Congratulations to all students, teachers, and supporters who contributed to this historic achievement!
