Our 10th-grade student, Ahmed Berisha, won second place with his artwork in the #YouthDrawTheLine competition — an initiative that promotes gender equality and raises awareness against gender-based violence. He proudly represented our school and captured public attention with a powerful piece that conveys a strong message about dignity and women’s rights. 🌟
The ceremony and exhibition, organized by UNDP Kosovo in cooperation with UNDCO, showcased the creativity of young people who use art as a tool to fight gender-based violence and inequality. Among many participants, Ahmed stood out for the talent, sensitivity, and social awareness reflected in his work.
His painting was selected among the top 30 artworks and displayed at the UNDP premises. During the award ceremony, he also drew the attention of the President of the Republic of Kosova, H.E. Vjosa Osmani, who was present at the event.
